What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lifelong love of reading.
- Examining student performance data to refine your methods continuously and identify actionable insights.
- Partnering with the tech team to assess and improve AI literacy tools.
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a love of reading in young learners.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students.
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula.
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
