  • Support program growth, innovation initiatives, and student career readiness outcomes
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hands‑on learning and student success
  • Ability to adapt in a fast‑growing and innovative educational environment
  • Experience with Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs preferred
  • Industry certifications or technical credentials are a plus
Why Join NBHS?
  • Opportunity to help build a growing and innovative CTE program from the ground up
  • Work in an environment that values creativity, fresh ideas, and forward‑thinking leadership
  • Collaborate with a supportive and mission‑driven team
  • Create hands‑on learning experiences that directly impact students’ futures
  • Access opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
  • Be part of a school culture focused on innovation, mentorship, and real‑world learning
