Teacher - Math

Santa Fe Catholic High School is currently accepting teaching resumes for a High School Math Teacher for the upcoming school year. A regionally competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package will be offered to the successful, full‑time candidate.

• Have an academic background in the area of study.
• Demonstrate curriculum knowledge and ability to follow standards‑based instruction in a resourceful manner, plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities and activities for maximum effectiveness.
• Integrate ACT/SAT prep into classroom curriculum and support college readiness to prepare students for college success.
• Be proficient in daily use and integration of technology in the educational environment.
• Stay abreast of current research and educational best practices through evidence of pursuing continual professional development.
• Be a skilled communicator and have the ability to work effectively with students, parents, peers, administrators and others.
• Assess levels of student achievement, analyze test results and deliver instruction to varied learners.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.
• Have valid Florida teacher certification in the subject area or eligibility to be certified.
• High school teaching experience preferred.
• Employment contingent upon passing a full background check.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, colleagues and principal.
• Attend required faculty and staff meetings.
• Cooperate with principal and staff members in school‑related meetings, activities, and projects.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and secure learning and working environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding school personnel, students, and general school matters.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by administration.
