Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors who share our philosophy of “Learn to Play From the Heart.” We provide flexible, independent contractor work that allows students to learn video, in‑person, or at home.

• Deliver personalized guitar lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced.
• Plan and adapt lesson content to meet individual student goals.
• Arrange and conduct lessons in students’ homes, your home, studio, or via webcam.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism, ensuring reliable attendance for all scheduled sessions.
• Communicate regularly with our office regarding schedule, student progress, and any concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including mask usage, hand sanitization, and social distancing when applicable.

• Formal music training is not mandatory, but either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to travel within the Lakeland, FL area to conduct in‑person lessons.
