Description

Kingsky Flight Academy is currently hiring Certified Flight Instructors with an Instrument Instructor (CFII) certificate to join our growing flight training team. We are seeking motivated, safety-driven professionals who are passionate about aviation education and committed to developing highly competent instrument-rated pilots. The CFII plays a critical role in maintaining training quality, safety culture, and student success within Part 141 training environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instrument flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and Kingsky-approved syllabi.
  • Conduct IFR training flights, simulator sessions, and ground lessons.
  • Instruct students in:
  • Instrument flight rules and procedures
  • IFR navigation systems
  • Enroute, terminal, and approach operations
  • Holding procedures and instrument approaches
  • Missed approaches and abnormal procedures
  • Weather analysis, interpretation, and decision-making
    • Evaluate student progress and ensure training objectives are met.
    • Maintain accurate training records, endorsements, and logbook entries.
    • Prepare and recommend students for stage checks and FAA practical tests.
    • Provide timely feedback and structured learning plans.
    Safety & Compliance
    • Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Kingsky policies.
    • Promote and support the Safety Management System (SMS).
    • Report aircraft discrepancies, safety hazards, or training concerns immediately.
    • Participate in instructor standardization and recurrent training.
    Professional Responsibilities
    • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and instructional consistency.
    • Serve as a role model and mentor to students.
    • Represent Kingsky Flight Academy with integrity and professionalism.

    Requirements Required Certification
    • FAA Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII)
    • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
    • Valid FAA Medical Certificate (minimum Third Class)
    • Current Flight Review
    Language Skills
    • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
    Work Environment

    This position has random shifts that includes day, night, weekends and holidays. MUST have open availability
