Tutor

A Tutor possesses special skills or training in Math/Science or a related field, who is employed to provide individual or small-group instructional reinforcement.

• Provide individual or small group instructional reinforcement for disabled students.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times regarding student, office records, and information.
• Performs all tasks with a friendly, professional work attitude at all times.

• Good reading and writing skills
• Ability to write legibly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with patience
• Ability to work well with a diverse student population
• Ability to work independently as well as with others and be self-motivated
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Good judgment

Required

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or Science from a regionally accredited college or university.

Tutors are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week.
