We seek a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience SE Lakeland. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment where the motto “happy happens here” is more than a phrase—it is a daily reality.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring it to the unique needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals supporting the center’s success.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, seamless learning environment.

• Genuine passion for the education and care of young children.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience (required), 2 years preferred.
• High‑school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Hourly wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Applicable state licensing requirements apply to this role.
