Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, mentorship, and real-world skills. The Student Success Coach works on-site at multiple campuses, guiding K–8 students through weekly life-skills sessions and motivation coaching.
You will use Coachbot analytics to track progress, tailor sessions, and help students hit their weekly targets. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of K‑8 experience are required, along with the ability to motivate without traditional lectures.
