Pearce Services is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) to perform O&M on solar plants near Lakeland, FL. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Lakeland and be prepared for local site work and occasional travel.
The role requires 2+ years of O&M experience, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with inverters and tracker/sub-station equipment. Safety is a top priority, with LO/TO and JHA experience preferred.
