Role Description

We are seeking skilled professionals for the positions of OSP Engineers, OSP Fielders, OSP Inspectors, and Project Managers for a full-time. The responsibilities include conducting field surveys for Outside Plant (OSP) projects, overseeing OSP construction activities, designing OSP networks, and managing project timelines to ensure successful implementation. Team collaboration, adherence to best practices, and a focus on delivering results are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Outside Plant processes and OSP Engineering tasks
• Experience in Network Design and OSP Construction
• Strong understanding of OSP principles and project execution
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage on-site activities
• Knowledge of industry safety protocols and procedures is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is a plus
