Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of our state-of-the-art water filtration and purification systems for our residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Job Summary

As a Field Engineer, you’ll be responsible for performing on‑site assessments, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to our water filtration and purification systems. You’ll work closely with our customers to ensure their systems are operating at peak efficiency and provide them with the support they need to maintain their water quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site inspections and assessments of water filtration and purification systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water filtration and purification equipment
  • Provide customer support and education on the proper operation and care of our systems
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all field activities
  • Collaborate with our engineering and technical support teams to optimize system performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the water treatment or related industry

    Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Working Conditions

This position requires a significant amount of time in the field, visiting customer sites to perform assessments, maintenance, and repairs. You’ll be expected to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs. The role may also involve some physical demands, such as lifting and maneuvering equipment.
