• Local Candidates only, 100% on-site.
• Travel required to AZ and Internationally to Tijuana, Mexico.
• Years of experience: 0-2 years. Recent grad okay.
• Education requirement:
  Degree in Engineering required.
• Software skills: MS office, required. Excel minimum intermediate.
• Medical device background required? No.

• Entire scope of work will support the transfer of the manufacturing process from Lakeland for the Arizona & Tijuanna, MX locations.
• Consistent communication with project team members in Arizona and Tijuana.
• Drafting validation documents
• IQ/OQ/PQ PPAP
• Writing reports

• Designs and validates manufacturing processes being transferred to a new location.
• Specifies precise product functional requirements; designs, tests and integrates manufacturing processes and fixtures; and evaluates the processes’ overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety.
• Designs, develops, and executes process validation plans; creates and reviews material part specifications and bills of materials.
• Collaborates with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Utilizes CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to review and modify existing designs of engineering drawings.
• This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
• The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
