Job Details- Lead the full lifecycle of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and change order negotiations
- Monitor project financial performance including cost forecasting and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction
- Experience managing treatment plant, pump station, or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of municipal contracting and public infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders including owners, engineers, and subcontractors
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
