What You’ll Do- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the technical and professional development of staff.
- Manage project teams, schedules, client relationships, and overall project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects and in-house multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing electrical engineering projects and mentoring staff.
Schedule:
Full-time, hybrid — 2 days per week in the office .
