Payroll Administrator | Lockheed Martin

This Payroll Administrator position requires successful management of multiple, simultaneous assignments, and tasks managing priorities and various deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Account Reconciliations oversight for various processes, Union Deferrals, Equity Grant support, W2c's creation and Approval, Team Metrics, Resolving tier 3 employee and business unit questions, Year-end tasks, and Weekend pay-calc rotation

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to independently solve issues

• Effective communication, both written and verbal, and a focus on providing excellent customer service is required

• Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes

• Special projects and ability to streamline and automate tasks

• Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as requirements change

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Excel/Power query

• SAP Experience

• 5+ years payroll processing and payroll tax experience

• CPP certification

• Peoplesoft experience

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $54,200 - $95,565. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
