Mortgage Maven Finance is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant for our new Homebuyer Education Center
, opening soon at Lakeland Square Mall
.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed Mortgage Loan Originator or someone willing to obtain their Florida MLO license. Work directly with a Managing Broker, gaining real-world experience that many new originators never receive while building your own referral network and future client pipeline. Opportunity to build your own client base and referral network

• Support the Managing Broker throughout the mortgage process.
• Collect, organize, and review loan documentation for completeness.
• Communicate with borrowers and business partners.
• Coordinate with processors, title companies, insurance agents, and Realtors.
• Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Welcome walk-in visitors to our Homebuyer Education Center.
• Assist with Homebuyer Education seminars, Lunch & Learn events, networking opportunities, and community outreach.
• Provide an exceptional client experience every step of the way.

All responsibilities will be performed in accordance with Florida licensing requirements.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Someone who puts the client’s success ahead of the commission check.
• Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Active Florida MLO license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Willing to travel occasionally for training and professional development.

Compensation is 1099

• Flat fee per loan file supported

• Competitive commission split
