A leading food safety Lab in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Laboratory Analyst for a rotating overnight shift. Ideal candidates should have a BS or BA in biological sciences and possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing food samples for pathogens and ensuring quality control. Exposure to food allergens in the lab environment may discourage applicants with certain allergies from applying.
