LPN Specialist / Medical Assistant Specialist Float - Part Time

- Recognizes and responds to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Adheres to Clinical Services policies and procedures when documenting information in patients’ medical records.
- Facilitates the flow of patients to maintain the integrity of the physician’s office.
- Assists the physician with medical office procedures.
- Maintains the integrity of the office.

LPN Specialist requirements
Required
Education and Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Must possess active Florida license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Preferred:
Experience or training in a medical health care facility as an LPN.
Medical Assistant Specialist Requirements
Required
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 1 year of Medical Assistant work experience within the last 2 years. Medical Assistant Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Current BLS certification or to be completed within first 90 days of employment. Additional
Qualification:
1 year experience in a primary care setting. Current BLS certification or to be completed within three months of employment.
