Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Part Time PTA up to 30 hrs per week to join our outpatient team treating a diverse population with specialties in ortho, hand therapy, dry needling, and fall prevention. Opportunity for role to change to full time. Work alongside 2 PTs, 2 PTAs and 1 OT in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Whether you’re newly licensed or experienced, we’re excited to meet you!

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.
