Nursing Operation Manager - Endoscopy

The Nursing Operation Manager - Endoscopy is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakeland, FL. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the endoscopy department to provide high-quality care and ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities include staff management, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, monitoring patient care outcomes, and managing department resources effectively. The Nursing Operation Manager will also take an active role in staff training, performance evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience and knowledge in endoscopy procedures and nursing operations
• Ability to implement evidence-based practices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in clinical workflow optimization and resource management
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in endoscopy or a related field
