Tampa Maid Foods is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our ERP and integrated business applications. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, data accuracy, seamless integrations, and strong end-user support across the organization.
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive system enhancements that support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage ERP and integrated application software, including back-end databases.
- Monitor system performance and ensure transactions meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot, track, communicate, and drive application-related issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams to align systems with business needs.
- Work directly with users to enhance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configure systems to support reporting, dashboards, workflows, automation, user interfaces, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for configurations, processes, and training.
- Provide technical support to end users and help them effectively utilize systems.
- Manage user access and security permissions across applications.
- Recommend system and process improvements to optimize operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience supporting an enterprise-level manufacturing ERP (Sage X3 experience is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency with MS SQL.
- Experience using BI tools for reporting and analytics.
- Crystal Reports experience for report writing and form creation.
- Meet or exceed SLAs on 90%+ of support requests.
- Achieve 80%+ First Contact Resolution (FCR) on support tickets.
- Maintain 90%+ end-user satisfaction based on survey results.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP functionality, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with workflow creation and general application support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
