CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Lead
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
The Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, and oversight of complex Identity infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments. The individual will drive strategic planning and execution of identity-related programs, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of advanced IAM infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Own the planning and execution of IAM initiatives, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements.
- Architect and automate IAM processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IAM strategies with enterprise goals.
- Lead integration of Entra enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance of IAM systems.
- Maintain and evolve comprehensive documentation of IAM architecture, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Champion IAM security best practices, compliance standards, and governance policies.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
- Participate in and help coordinate the on-call rotation for IAM support.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 6 years relevant IT experience is required
- Hands on experience with IAM technologies and frameworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra , Active Directory, and IAM best practices.
- Experience with Dev Ops tools (Terraform) and scripting (Power Shell, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with Identity Governance tools (e.g., Entra IGA)
- Experience with Terraform
