Join the HR self-service team as Senior QA Engineer supporting the Associate Experience business area. As part of this team, you will be responsible for planning testing efforts and executing on a large enterprise level and employee-facing applications by translating functional requirements, project documentation, and release notes into test requirements and scenarios and possibility of automation.

Your impact:

* Analyze requirements and other documentation and create test plans.

* Create and execute manual test cases.

* Create and maintain test resources for solutions in Microsoft Azure

* Write and execute queries for complex retail data using SQL.

* Develop and execute test cases for regression.

* Develop and execute test cases for thorough functional testing with thorough validation of data.

* Provide inputs and guide load/performance testing and possible automation.

* Coordinate with development teams for test planning and execution.

* Documentation of functionality, dataflows, and approval workflows.

* Lead complex testing efforts that may include multiple SQA analysts.

* Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience

* 4+ years' experience conducting software quality assurance testing for enterprise applications and a thorough understanding of testing best practices.

* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops or other framework to create and execute test cases, track defects, and perform requirements coverage.

* 4+ years of experience in writing SQL queries on RDBMS platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc.

* 2+ years of experience testing APIs, batch jobs, and web-based front ends

* 2+ years of experience testing Cloud solutions

* 2+ years of experience with automated testing using tools like Playwright or Robot.

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience

* 5+ years of experience with writing complex SQL queries to support test activities.

* Experience using Azure cloud environment.

* Experience involving in load and performance testing.

* Experience with automation either as creating or providing feedback.

* Experience with any legacy to modern application or data conversion.

* Experience with utilizing Agentic AI for testing

* Experience with improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
