Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking an EPIC Revenue Cycle Analyst to support scheduling, registration, referrals, and patient access operations within a growing healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support Epic patient access and revenue cycle workflows, including scheduling, registration, and referrals
* Serve as a primary application resource for assigned Epic modules
* Gather and document business requirements from operational stakeholders
* Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
* Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Support incident, request, change, and problem management activities
* Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications
* Build strong relationships with end users and business partners
* Ensure adherence to change management, documentation, and support processes
* Communicate effectively with technical and operational teams regarding system updates and enhancements
* Participate in team development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities
* Perform application build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
* Support ongoing maintenance of system applications, security profiles, tables, and related configurations
* Create and execute test scripts, test plans, and validation activities
* Develop and maintain build documentation and workflow diagrams
* Lead or participate in small-to-medium enhancement projects and system initiatives
* Coordinate implementation activities and communicate project status to stakeholders
* Support upgrades, optimizations, and operational improvements
* Complete complex incident, request, change, and enhancement tickets
* Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements
* Mentor team members and share knowledge across the analyst team when appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Prelude and/or Cadence certification preferred
* Strong experience supporting Patient Access and Revenue Cycle functions
* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to support end users and provide consultative guidance on system functionality
Preferred Experience:
* Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Dual Epic certification is a plus but not required
* Experience supporting Epic Prelude and/or Cadence applications
* Healthcare IT experience supporting patient access, registration, scheduling, or revenue cycle operations
* Experience with system implementation, optimization, and operational support
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and documentation practices
* Proven ability to balance project work with production support responsibilities
* Demonstrated success working collaboratively across business and technical teams in a remote environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
