AI Automation Specialist - Part Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist to join our team on a part-time. This role is essential to enabling our business vision through the implementation of intelligent automation workflows that enhance our product delivery and marketing capabilities.
1-2 years of experience is not necessary, but you must have a working knowledge of how these tools work and some time working with them.

Key Responsibilities Design and build automated workflows using N8N, Zapier, and other automation platforms

Develop and maintain integrations between various business tools including Airtable, Gumroad, heygen,eleven labs and Relevance AICreate both simple and complex workflow solutions to streamline business processes

Support product development and service delivery through process automation

Enhance marketing operations through intelligent workflow automation

Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities

Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability

Document workflow processes and provide training to team members as needed

Required Qualifications Essential:
Working knowledge of automation tools

Basic familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications

Basic understanding of APIs and data flow concepts

Experience in marketing automation or business process optimization

Knowledge of database management and data organization principles
