Marketing Business Analytics Data Analyst, Marketing

In this onsite role in Lakeland, FL, you will build and deploy analytics solutions that turn customer and financial data into decision-ready insights.

• Complete ad hoc analytical requests by translating data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver reporting solutions, including development of interactive dashboards
  .
• Own projects end-to-end, from analysis through delivery and deployment.
• Mine large datasets to create analytical datasets using SQL, R, and/or Python
  .
• Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau to support leadership with data-driven decisions.
• Create descriptive analytical tools and models to investigate questions such as:
  • Why are sales at their current level?
  • Why are customer behaviors changing?
  • Where are customers coming from or going to?
  • What underlying factors drive good or bad performance?
• Use business intelligence and advanced analytics/visualization tools including Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau
  , and other tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Support production analytics by developing, executing, deploying, and improving analytical solutions and team data asset production processes.
• Contribute to weekly reporting,
  QC/data validation
  , and gather relevant input from SMEs
  .
• Serve as the primary analytical support for data-driven cross-functional strategic initiatives
  .
