Worldwide Tech Services seeks an on-site Dynamic PC Support specialist in Lakeland, FL. You will troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and respond to issues promptly while supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure as needed.
Required is a technical school certification with 0–2 years of experience; prior customer service is a plus. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive to client locations, and hold a valid driver’s license.
