Join Publix's Pharmacy Analytics & Compliance team and help shape the future of pharmacy technology, analytics, and regulatory compliance. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, leading the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve patient and business outcomes. You'll drive complex, enterprise-scale initiatives from concept through implementation, influence key decisions, and collaborate across Pharmacy, Compliance, Analytics, and IT teams to transform business challenges into impactful solutions.

• Lead high-visibility initiatives that improve pharmacy operations, analytics, compliance, and patient outcomes
• Partner with Pharmacy, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges
• Transform data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement
• Strengthen regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and governance through scalable technology solutions and process enhancements
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pharmacy analytics, compliance, and technology within one of the nation's most respected pharmacy organizations

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating complex enterprise business improvements, challenges, and processes into detailed business and technical requirements for technology solutions
• 5+ years of experience evaluating solution alternatives with consideration for system performance, usability, quality, cross-system dependencies, scalability, risk, and total cost of ownership
• 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and managing activities associated with delivering technology solutions in large-scale, distributed enterprise environments
