• Utilize your great organizational skills to maintain recreational and common areas clean and well‑maintained.
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal as needed to keep the community tidy and attractive.
• Manage a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Demonstrate a go‑getter attitude and proactive approach to your work.
• Work closely with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors to communicate effectively and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features regularly to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal and overall satisfaction of residents.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the needs of the community.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual a plus.
