Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Facility Maintenance

Position Description

Tri-County Administration seeks a full-time maintenance worker to provide maintenance and repair of agency owned/leased equipment, buildings, and grounds. We are looking for an individual with maintenance experience to resolve maintenance requests in structures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds and perform preventative maintenance.

• Makes repairs to buildings and equipment as requested.
• Provides upkeep of agency grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, and yard trash disposal as directed.
• Performs preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• May perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
• Required to meet and maintain TCHS Approved Driver Qualifications and transport TCHS persons served in any agency vehicle.

• At least two (2) years of full‑time experience in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong multitasking skills.
