Mechanical Packaging Service Rep; Monte

In this role, you'll work with packaging equipment, travel across the Eastern U.S., and help customers keep their operations running smoothly.

• Maintain, repair, and rebuild packaging machinery (case erectors, tray formers, sealers, stitchers, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
• Train customer teams on machine operation and cleaning
• Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations accurately
• Serve as a technical resource for complex issues
• Ensure a safe work environment at all times

• 2-4 years of mechanical service experience preferred
• GED required; high school diploma preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 1-2 months at a time)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and passport; clean driving record
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
