Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in Lakeland, FL
.

Exceptional customer service and sales skills, strong leadership, and a desire to build a career with the right auto company are essential.

In this management role at Jiffy Lube, you wear many hats: keeping customers and employees happy, running day‑to‑day operations, embodying our brand, hiring and training staff, providing coaching, constructive feedback, accountability, and leadership development. You promote guest satisfaction and profitability using proven tools, plan and track budget forecasts, and drive innovation and success.

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience (a plus)

Shifts include a mix of day, evenings up to 8 PM, and weekends.
