We're hiring a veterinary practice manager to elevate, grow and lead the team at Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Lakeland, Florida. This position is responsible for leveling up our systems, processes, and people to provide a best-in-class client and pet experience. This is a floor working position that will be required to work alongside the team to coach and lead in the moment decisions and real time skill development

Schedule:

• Nights and Weekends required as the facility is 24/7

Veterinary Practice Manager:

Certified Veterinary Practice Managers, Certified Veterinary Technicians and/or 3 years of previous veterinary experience are strongly preferred for this position. However, we appreciate that skilled leaders in other industries also bring valuable skills and those with a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience are welcome to apply.

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
• Veterinary Practice Manager Certification (Preferred)
