As Quiddity Engineering continues to expand across Florida, we are looking for a visionary Senior Project Manager to play a high‑visibility role in shaping our presence in the Tampa and Lakeland markets. This isn’t just a management position—it’s a chance to mentor and develop a project team, deliver landmark residential and mixed‑use communities, and directly influence the future of our Florida operations.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and administrative professionals.
- Spearhead complex multi‑family and mixed‑use projects from initial planning through design and construction.
- Act as the primary face for clients, ensuring delivery on commitments while upholding Quiddity’s quality standards.
- Play a significant role in Florida expansion, enjoying autonomy and visibility that comes with a scaling office.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license with a solid background in civil engineering.
- 9+ years of experience in project management for residential land development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus.
- Experience mentoring and developing project team members.
- Client‑focused with a reputation for solid teamwork and communication.
