A leading industrial maintenance company in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a CNC Programmer responsible for generating CNC programs using Solid Works and HSM Cam Works. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience and strong skills in interpreting blueprints, programming multi-axis machines, and designing fixtures. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented and dependable, willing to work long hours as needed.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. E-Verify participation is required.
