We are seeking a 2nd Shift Laborer at our Lakeland, FL facility. The Laborer position plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for cleaning interior and exterior grounds, performing nondestructive testing, transporting materials, and helping production areas as required. We need an exceptionally well-organized teammate who can effectively multi-task and prioritize while taking the initiative to support the team effectively.

This entry-level position provides candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to advance to other areas and positions. The schedule for this position is M-F 2:00pm-10:30pm.
