Operating all equipment in the department including combo lifts, cabbage shredder, flume systems, and dicer.
Assembling and disassembling equipment.
Practicing strict sanitation and GMP practices to insure food safe products are being manufactured.
Gathering, prepping, and weighing ingredients.
Tracking inventory of fresh ingredients.
Calculating daily vegetable production needs.
Maintaining run sheets for cost accounting.
Documenting environmental concerns for QA and USDA.
Maintaining accurate documentation for quality, production and sanitation.
Providing timely and accurate communication to the salad production areas concerning production needs.
Monitoring Tsunami concentrations and temperatures for the Flume System.
Gathering samples for Quality Control.
Manually trimming fresh vegetables.
Must be able to work in other areas as needed/requested.
Other duties as assigned.
