Clean and sanitize production equipment, packaging lines, and facility areas following the Master Sanitation Schedule;
Safely operate sanitation equipment and use cleaning chemicals while following GMP, SQF, and safety procedures;
Disassemble and reassemble production equipment to perform thorough cleaning and inspections;
Maintain housekeeping standards throughout production, warehouse, offices, breakrooms, and common areas;
Complete sanitation documentation and support food safety, continuous improvement, and plant operations as needed
