Compo under – 1st Shift

Lakeland, FL

Monday to Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM EST

• Operate drum filling machine, centrifuge, cross‑site bulk transfers, DeltaV, department pumps, filters and scales.
• Accurately read blending instructions and blend chemicals in a precise manner to create flavor or fragrance product.
• Operate department pumps, filters, scales and computer systems to blend chemicals accurately.
• Issue material and resolve SAP‑related issues associated with transfer orders, inventory discrepancies and material losses.
• Use a computer to obtain detailed formula information, check inventory, post batches and print labels.
• Understand and follow all safety, quality and operational procedures to use tools, equipment and electronic/computer systems in compounding and container filling.

• Hourly pay rate: $22.00 to $26.00, based on skills, experience and location.

• High School Diploma / GED preferred and prior experience handling chemicals.
• 1–3 years of packing and compounding experience and understanding of special formula instructions.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Forklift experience and ability to stand up to 90% of the day.
• Ability to lift a 35lb product hose; frequently move, lift, pull and push up to 50lb.
• Ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold).
