TREATT NORTH AMERICA in Lakeland, FL seeks an Hourly Team Lead to oversee daily production and inventory across blending, distillation, Treattarome processing, and stock control. You will lead Operators, ensure tasks are safe, accurate, and on schedule, and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 4+ years in production or logistics with leadership, forklift and hazmat certs, and proficiency with JD Edwards and STARS to manage work orders, inventory, and quality records.
