Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate with team members;
Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes;
Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures and ensures food safety standards;
Utilizes hand held technology to support production and merchandising decisions and promotes the use of new tools among team members;
Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area and supports operational excellence and accurate packaging and labeling of items.
