Manually weigh ingredients on a scale to the proper amount according to the batch sheet or work order;
Assemble the mold that the chemicals will be poured into;
Seal the mold with silicone endcaps, using a tape measure to select the correct size;
Pour chemicals into the mold, oversee the cooking process in the oven, and let the product rest and cool;
Transport the final product to the finishing department
