Job Title

Responsibilities

Opening cases, dumping product on loader & to be loaded on trolleys for cabin plant. (50 lbs cases)

Push loaded trolley into cabin plant unload cabin when completed. (2 people process)

Move trolley of thawed shrimp to unloader or 40o cooler for further processing. (2 people process)

Place trolley on unloader and dump product into totes. (2 people process)

Remove plastic and any other foreign material as needed.

Place tag on totes explaining what run this is for, and add additional ice and water as needed.

Banging blocks of shrimp to loosen ice away from boxes. (when needed)

As needed help place soaks on products as directed.

Take trash to dumpster, corrugated to bundler.

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education & Experience Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Flexible hours.

Must be able to count cases and sort accordingly.

Able to work in a very wet environment.

Stooping/bending and standing long hours on your feet

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Shift starts at 3 pm
