Location: Lakeland, Florida
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: $75,500 – $87,500

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team—someone with leadership skills, strong communication, organizational expertise, and a passion for delivering the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and nursing standards.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to job responsibilities.
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections by authorized agencies.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and patient care quality.
- Address staff concerns and grievances, escalating as appropriate to the Director of Nursing Services.
- Active RN license in Florida.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
