EXPERIENCED RN/LPN Pediatric Home Care – Urgent Cases | Lakeland, FL

Family First Home Care is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for urgent pediatric home care cases throughout the Lakeland area. High need for trach/vent nurses. Day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts available.

🔴 HIGH ACUITY (TRACH / VENT / COMPLEX CARE)

• URGENT:
  Fri–Sun Days (7A–7P) | Preschooler | G-tube + Trach + Vent
• URGENT:
  Every Other Saturday Nights (8P–6A) | Infant | G-tube + Trach + Vent
• PRN Case | Toddler | G-tube + mild hearing loss + O2 + non-invasive vent

• URGENT:
  Thurs–Sun Nights (7P–7A) + Weekend Days | Toddler | Failure to Thrive + G-tube
• URGENT:
  Fri Days + Weekend Days | Preschooler | Microcephaly + G-tube

🟠 MODERATE ACUITY (G-TUBE / OXYGEN / SEIZURES / MOBILITY)

• URGENT:
  Wed, Sat, Sun Nights + Weekend Days | Infant | Congenital cardiac anomaly + G-tube + pulse ox
• No additional nurses currently | Infant | Down syndrome + cardiac dx + O2 + med admin

• URGENT:
  Sun Days + Tues/Thurs Nights | Infant | Agenesis of lung + G-tube + O2

• PRN weekends overnights | Adolescent | Cerebral palsy + G-tube + O2 + seizures

• PRN weekend days | Infant | TBI + G-tube + seizures

🟢 REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred
• Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
