Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time) – Lakeland, FL
Our Pulmonary practice in Lakeland is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a busy clinic-based practice.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until all patients are seen)
Preferred ExperiencePrior Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Pulmonary, Medical‑Surgical, Emergency Room, or ICU settings is preferred. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update progress notes in a timely manner
- Perform histories and physicals (H&Ps)
- Write orders for medications and diagnostic tests
- Assess and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
- Provide high‑quality patient care in clinic setting
- Adult certification required (for NP candidates)
- BLS certification required
- APRN or PA board certification required
- Active, unrestricted Florida license (or ability to obtain) required
