Experienced RN​/LPN Pediatric Home Care – CASES | Highlands County, FL

Job Overview

Family First Home Care is hiring experienced RN and LPN for pediatric home care opportunities throughout the Wauchula area, including Sebring, Bowling Green, and Lake Placid.

• Provide comprehensive nursing services to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Maintain an updated clinical record on each patient at all times, meeting required documentation deadlines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to patient and family on an ongoing basis.
• Consult with physicians concerning alterations of patient care plans and document changes.
• Support Family First Home Care’s mission by mentoring new employees during patient‑specific orientations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on topics related to patient care needs.
• Participate in Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement (QAPI) as requested.
• Adhere to compliance and ethics expectations and maintain patient and family confidentiality.

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred;
  Trach/Vent experience required for high‑acuity cases.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient‑focused, and patient‑centric.
• LPN/LVN Nursing Degree and valid license in the state of employment.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience and valid CPR card/certificate.
• Clear background screening and required state screenings (Hep B, TB).

Flexible day, night, weekend, and PRN schedules available. Must be able to travel to patients' homes.
