Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift

Weekends or every other weekend opportunities available.

Location:

Lakeland, FL.

Schedule:

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high‑quality home health care in a supportive and patient‑focused environment.

• Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
• Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025).

• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Recent physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 1 year)
• COVID‑19 vaccination or approved exemption letter
• CEUs (as applicable)

• LPN: $30 – $33 per hour
• RN: $33 – $35 per hour
