Home Care LPN

Currently hiring for pediatric and adult care cases in Lakeland, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. With FT, PT, and PRN hours available.

We have a high‑priority case in Lakeland for a reliable, experienced pediatric nurse to provide ongoing day shifts for a 4‑year‑old with tracheostomy and ventilator management. Preferred prior trach/vent experience, though not required. The patient’s parents will perform most trach care; your role will involve supervising and stepping in when needed. Long‑term commitment of at least two shifts per week. No pets in the home.

• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

• No weekend or minimum requirement
