Bay Care Home Care in Lakeland seeks an LPN Home Care—LPN III—to provide hands-on home health care from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work and on-call duties in Polk County.
The LPN will deliver patient care under RN supervision, teach patients and caregivers, follow the care plan, and apply nursing knowledge to medications and treatment effectiveness. Requires Florida LPN license, BLS, and license within 30 days.
